Instructions for use:
* Use proper discretion when repairing or welding any damaged part.
* Always keep welding tip clean

  1. Remove the damaged item from cold and windy conditions.
  2. Pre-clean the area to be welded.
  3. Preheat the welding gun for 10-15 minutes.
  4. V-notch out the damaged area, 1/2 to 3/4 of the material thickness.
  5. Preheat the damaged area well above room temperature.
  6. Insert wire into the preheat tube and allow the wire to become clear/molten.
  7. Place tip into the v-notched crack and slowly proceed with repair, gradually feeding wire through the tube as you go.
  8. Return to the starting point and heat to a smooth glaze for proper bonding.
